First things first: who is Make it Max?
It has to match from both sides, of course. So, we are Make it Max, a UX design agency based in the Netherlands. We are part of a group of companies with over 30 specialists who love nothing more than to come together to create the best user experiences. We work with strategists, researchers, copywriters, marketers, videographers, designers, and every other specialism that’s included in the UX process.
In a team, you work on projects, brainstorm together, and celebrate every finished job with a cocktail under our palm tree. Or you could join us digitally if you decide to work from home, it’s all part of the possibilities!

Who are you, and what do you bring to the table?
- You are looking for a medior or senior UX designer job
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (pre)
- Experience in user research and user testing
- You’ve done projects in setting up platforms (not just websites)
- You know what effective stakeholder management entails
- Knowledge of Figma
- You can empathize with the user and defend them within each project
- Your problem-solving skills are an innate talent
- You love your job as much as we do and enjoy working in a team
- You can show a portfolio (pre)
Vacancy 2: UI designer(s)
Who are you, and what do you bring to the table?
- You are looking for a medior or senior UI designer job
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (pre)
- You know your way around Figma
- You know how to make every technical interface look beautiful
- You have a unique style, but just as quickly adopt other styles
- You are familiar with modern design styles and techniques
- You love your job as much as we do and enjoy working in teams
- You can show a portfolio (pre)
